Yes, insurance is offered to you as an extra cost

You will be asked for payment at the time of booking, however later on you will be asked to pay calendar monthly.

Charges will be automatic so you don't have to remember when to pay.

Here at Del-X we deliver and collect the items you are putting into storage, loading them into secure and sealed wooden crates to be put away until the time of delivery.

On the day of delivery we safely unload the crate onto transportation where it is offloaded at the given location.

No, we only charge once the items have been stored and stop charging once they have left our storage.

Our storage facility is equipped with 24/7 surveillance cameras to ensure the safety and security of all stored items aswell as authorised access only to personnel which is closed off from the public.

Once items are stored, the crates are locked and sealed and only re-opened when staff are safely unboxing and delivering.

You can store your items from 1 day if you please or for as long as you like but it is a minimum charge of 4 weeks

To cancel or reschedule deliveries please contact us two days prior to the delivery date to avoid any unneccesary fees.
